how long is shipping / when will i get my order?
If your order consist an item that we have on hand/in our personal warehouse, your order is fulfilled within 24 hours after your purchase is completed. If it is an item that is low on stock, dropshipped, or you are a customer ordering a custom charm bracelet, you will be personally contacted via email (if provided during checkout) to keep you updated through the entire fulfillment process until your package is in the hands of a carrier.

Because items may come from different partners, orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages and at different times. All Lovette by LiNae orders include a care card with tips on how to properly store and maintain your jewelry. If a product tarnishes within 30 days of purchase, it will be replaced free of charge. Please note that all metal types, materials, and tarnishing expectations are clearly listed in each product description so you can make an informed purchase. Proper care and storage will significantly extend the life of your jewelry.
