What is the return policy?
Returns can be initiated by the customer an if any problems occur, please email us directly and a team member will respond at our earliest convenience! Our goal is for every customer to be totally satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know, and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

If you are a returning customer interested in repairs (offered to all customers at no charge) and replacements (within 30 days of purchase), DO NOT INITIATE A RETURN! Contact our customer service line or email directly!
how long is shipping / when will i get my order?
If your order consist an item that we have on hand/in our personal warehouse, your order is fulfilled within 24 hours after your purchase is completed. If it is an item that is low on stock, dropshipped, or you are a customer ordering a custom charm bracelet, you will be personally contacted via email (if provided during checkout) to keep you updated through the entire fulfillment process until your package is in the hands of a carrier.
Items that are drop-shipped, meaning they are shipped directly from trusted partners, to help keep prices accessible and offer a wider variety of products. Because items may come from different partners, orders containing multiple products may arrive in separate packages and at different times. Packaging may vary and may not always reflect our branded packaging. All drop-shipped products are mentioned in the product descriptions, so please order with intention!
One thing we do not do is play with people's time, hard-earned money, and support for our vision! Don't worry, communication is one of our top priorities, and we will try our very best not fail at keeping you happy, just please be patient (there's only one person behind the scenes)!
will it tarnish?
Tarnishing depends on the metal type, how often the piece is worn, and how it is cared for. With proper care, many jewelry pieces can last months to years without noticeable tarnishing. Some materials, such as solid gold, stainless steel, and titanium, are highly resistant to tarnish, while others like gold-plated, sterling silver, brass, copper, and alloy metals may tarnish over time—especially when exposed to moisture, sweat, perfumes, lotions, or chemicals.
All Lovette by LiNae orders include a care card with tips on how to properly store and maintain your jewelry. If a product tarnishes within 30 days of purchase, it will be replaced free of charge. Please note that all metal types, materials, and tarnishing expectations are clearly listed in each product description so you can make an informed purchase. Proper care and storage will significantly extend the life of your jewelry.
